Pay with Tamara – Terms & Conditions

• Pay with Tamara is available at all Ahmed Abdulwahed stores, on ahmedabdulwahed.com, and through the Ahmed Abdulwahed mobile app within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Pay with Tamara is available for all product categories.
• Customers can split the total invoice amount into 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, or 12 payments when paying with Tamara.
• The minimum invoice value eligible for Tamara is SAR 200, and the maximum invoice value is SAR 20,000.
• Items purchased using Tamara cannot be refunded in cash. Refunds will be processed through Tamara only.
• Ahmed Abdulwahed's Return & Exchange Policy applies to all items purchased using Tamara.
• Ahmed Abdulwahed is not responsible for any issues related to Tamara accounts, payments, or technical matters. For any payment or technical issues, please contact Tamara Customer Support directly.
• Processing Fees will be charged by Tamara when you choose to split your payment into 4 or more installments. No Processing Fees apply when splitting into 2 or 3 installments.
• Processing Fees are displayed and applied on Tamara's payment page.
• Processing Fees are non-refundable, as they cover the costs associated with handling and processing orders.
• Tamara cannot be combined with any other payment method. If Tamara is selected, the entire invoice amount must be paid using Tamara.
• Installment amounts may not be equal and are subject to the customer's credit history and credit score. Please contact Tamara for more information.
• Customers must use the mobile number registered with Absher to complete a purchase using Tamara.
• Customers must settle all overdue payments with Tamara before using the service.
• Only customers 18 years of age or older are eligible to pay using Tamara.
